The HDP1100 Wide-Format Roll-to-Book-Block Digital Line is a fully automated, heavy-duty solution designed for wide-format web-fed digital printing. Supporting web widths up to 1,100 mm and production speeds up to 200 m/min, it integrates unwinding, dual plow folding, precision cross-cutting, side gluing and book block stacking in one continuous workflow. The line produces 4-, 6- or 8-page signatures, while the HDP DSD Dual Star Wheel Delivery ensures stable signature separation, accurate delivery and continuous stacking. With optional dynamic perforation and edge trimming, the system supports variable book block thicknesses without production stops, making it ideal for high-volume Book-of-One and short-run book production.
