Equipment Introduction

The HDP700 Roll-to-Book-Block Digital Line is a fully automated, modular solution designed for continuous Book-of-One production from digitally printed rolls. Supporting web widths up to 700 mm and production speeds up to 200 m/min, it integrates unwinding, dual plow folding, precision cross-cutting, side gluing and book block stacking in one synchronized workflow. The line produces 4-, 6- or 8-page signatures, while the HDP DSD Dual Star Wheel Delivery ensures stable signature separation and continuous stacking at up to 550 book blocks per hour. Optional dynamic cross perforation, edge trimming and center slitting modules provide additional production flexibility, allowing the system to process variable book block thicknesses without stopping for changeovers.
