Equipment Introduction

The HDP Sheet-to-Collator-to-Saddle-Stitching Digital Line is a fully automated solution that converts printed flat sheets directly into finished saddle-stitched booklets. The HDP200 Digital Collating Feeder performs precise half-folding, sequential gathering and saddle-style collating, while barcode verification ensures accurate matching between the cover and inner pages. The gathered signatures are transferred automatically to the HDP SS4500 Digital Saddle Stitching Unit for cover feeding, wire stitching and inline three-side trimming. Integrating folding, collating, cover inserting, stitching and trimming in one synchronized workflow, the line provides efficient and flexible production of personalized brochures, examination booklets, manuals, direct mailers and other short-run or variable-page-count products.
