Equipment Introduction

The HDP1100 Roll-to-Dynamic-Folding Digital Line is a fully automated solution that converts digitally printed rolls into collated and bundled multi-page signatures for downstream binding. The HDP UW1100 Unwinder provides stable web feeding, followed by longitudinal creasing and pre-perforation in the HDP SPF1100 Single Plowfolder. Barcode data then controls the HDP CD520 Dynamic Cutter for variable-length cutting and automatic waste ejection, while the HDP DFU660 Dynamic Folder and HXC2 Independent Folding Knife switch folding sequences without stopping production. Supporting 8-, 12-, 16-, 24- and 32-page signatures, the system minimizes blank pages, automatically handles tail signatures and delivers accurately ordered bundles through the HX500 Vertical Stacker and Bundling Delivery. The finished signatures can be transferred to digital or conventional sewing, saddle stitching, perfect binding and Wiro-O binding systems, providing a flexible connection between digital printing and multiple bookbinding workflows.

HDP700 Roll to Dynamic Folding Digital Line

The HDP700 Roll-to-Dynamic-Folding Digital Line is a compact, fully automated solution that converts digitally printed rolls into collated and bundled multi-page signatures for downstream binding. The HDP UW700 Unwinder provides stable web feeding, while the HDP SPF700 Single Plowfolder performs longitudinal creasing and pre-perforation. Barcode data then controls the HDP CD520 Dynamic Cutter for variable-length cutting and automatic waste ejection, followed by the HDP DFU660 Dynamic Folder and HXC2 Independent Folding Knife, which dynamically switch folding sequences without stopping production. The line supports 8-, 12-, 16-, 24- and 32-page signatures, minimizes blank pages to no more than three per book, and automatically processes tail signatures. Finished signatures are sequentially stacked and bundled by the HX500 Vertical Stacker and Bundling Delivery, ready for transfer to digital or conventional sewing, saddle stitching, perfect binding and Wiro-O binding systems. By converting variable digital print content into accurately folded signatures, the line provides a flexible connection between digital printing and multiple bookbinding workflows.
