HDP700 Roll to Collator to Saddle Stitching Digital Line

Equipment Introduction

The HDP700 Roll-to-Collator-to-Saddle-Stitching Digital Line is a fully integrated, single-pass solution that converts paper rolls directly into finished saddle-stitched booklets. The HDP UW700 Unwinding Unit provides stable web feeding, while the HDP CS520 Cutting Unit cross-cuts the web into accurately sized flat sheets. The sheets are automatically sequenced and gathered by the HDP200 Digital Collating Feeder, with an integrated cover feeder inserting and aligning each cover through barcode-controlled matching. The assembled booklets are then stitched by the HDP SS4500 Digital Saddle Stitching Unit and finished by an inline three-knife trimming unit. Designed for magazines, manuals, exercise books, brochures and other short- to medium-run applications, the synchronized workflow minimizes manual handling, production time and material waste from roll to finished booklet.
