HDP700 Roll to Collator to Saddle Stitching Digital Line

Equipment Introduction

The HDP700 Roll to Collator to Saddle Stitching Digital Line is a highly efficient, single-pass system that converts paper rolls directly into finished saddle-stitched booklets, making it ideal for producing magazines, photo albums, manuals, exercise books, and brochures. The workflow begins with the HDP UW700 Unwinding Unit continuously feeding the paper web into the HDP CS520 Cutting Unit, which precisely cross-cuts the web into individual flat sheets at preset dimensions. These sheets are immediately sequenced and accumulated in the HDP200 Digital Collating Feeder, where the Cover Inserting Unit seamlessly feeds and aligns a cover with each assembled book block. The HDP SS4500 Digital Saddle Stitching Unit then drives wire staples through the spine to bind the pages, followed by the Three-Knife Trimming Unit, which accurately trims the three unbound edges to their final size. Operating in fully synchronized linkage, this streamlined solution significantly reduces manual intervention, waiting times, and material waste from roll to finished product.
