A: We provide a standard 12-month warranty from the date of installation. During the warranty period, we offer free replacement parts for manufacturing defects and provide lifelong online technical support.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We mainly accept T/T and L/C at sight. For most orders, the standard payment term is a deposit by T/T, with the balance paid before shipment. Specific payment terms can be confirmed based on the order details and project requirements.
