HDP200 Digital Collating Feeder

EQUIPMENT INTRODUCTION

The HDP200 Digital Collating Feeder processes both individual sheets and pre-folded signatures, combining half-folding and saddle-style collating to produce accurately sequenced book blocks for downstream binding. Two pairs of independently driven feeding cylinders provide high-speed, continuous feeding, while a double ball-bearing alignment table ensures precise sheet registration. Ultrasonic double-sheet detection stops the machine immediately in the event of a misfeed. The integrated creasing and cross-folding sections automatically adjust to the paper and convert individual sheets into 4-page signatures, with controlled belt transport and adjustable braking for stable handling across different paper types. Folded signatures are pressed, checked and transferred to a variable collecting station before being positioned on the saddle. The HDP200 can operate inline with a digital book sewing machine or saddle stitcher for continuous production, or as a standalone collating system for newspapers, examination booklets, albums and other multi-section products.
