The HDP380 Cover Casing-In Machine is a compact, high-precision hardcover production solution specially developed for digital finishing and high-efficiency “Book-of-One” and on-demand book manufacturing. Designed for seamless inline integration with web-fed digital presses, the machine combines rounding and backing, spine gluing with paper lining and head & tail banding, case forming, casing-in, pressing, and joint-forming into a single continuous workflow. Driven by advanced servo-controlled technology and operated through an intelligent touchscreen HMI with stored job parameters for rapid changeover, the HDP380 ensures fast make-ready, stable production, and consistent binding quality across hardcover, flexible, and cased-in paperback formats. Supporting book block sizes from 100 × 100 mm to 315 × 385 mm and operating at speeds of up to 30 cycles per minute, the machine delivers reliable, professional-grade finishing performance for both short-run digital production and medium- to high-volume industrial hardcover manufacturing.
