Once a customer enters the equipment purchasing and installation process, HDP assigns a dedicated Service Manager to the project. The Service Manager acts as the customer’s single point of contact, coordinating communication, installation progress, technical support, issue tracking, and after-sales follow-up. Any question can be directed to the Service Manager for fast coordination and responsible follow-through.
